Welcome to C.A.C.A. Portland


Mission and History

Founded in 1895 in San Francisco, the Chinese American Citizens Alliance has over 100 years of history of continuous existence serving in a dual role as a social club and as a national non-partisan activist for Chinese American empowerment and community service. Scholarships and National Essay Contest

The Chinese American Citizens Alliance - Portland Logde offers the Fred G. Lee Memorial Scholarships every year to high school seniors in Oregon State and Clark County of Washington State. Application deadline is April 1st of each year. We also have a list of other scholarships from companies and organizations around the country that are available to minority students.

Tiffany Wang Arts Scholarships - Two high school students (grades 9-11) will be selected to each receive $500 towards a summer arts program. Application deadline is April 1st of each year.

The C.A.C.A. National Essay Contest is usually held on the 1st saturday in March every year. Read more about the essay contest.
